Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is part of the website's terms and conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time.


If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wishes to return it within 14 days of delivery, we will request the customer to send the product back to our factory (the complete address will be provided to the customer via email). After 14 days from the product delivery, we will not be obligated to accept returns from customers.

In this case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The company will arrange for pickup at the customer's delivery address, but in situations where we are unable to arrange pickup, you can return the product to us, and we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

  • The customer must ensure that the item is returned with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Please make sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.
  • All customers must contact for approval before sending us or returning an item.
  • will not be responsible for any returned item without prior notification to or the absence of the return code and/or order number.
  • We do not offer free return shipping, and we do not refund any fees associated with shipping a return.

Returns and refunds will be accepted in the case of manufacturing defects within 2 months from the delivery date.

When the product is incorrect compared to what the customer ordered or when the product is damaged, the customer must send photos or a video after delivery showing that the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will reship a new item, and the customer will need to return the delivered product.

If the product received by the customer is damaged, the customer can request a return and ask for an exchange/refund. The product must be returned by the customer according to the return policy.


For your security, refunds will only be transferred to the original payment method you used when placing your order.


You will typically receive your refund within 5 business days. It may take a few additional business days depending on the banking process. Please contact us if you notice that it is taking too long for the refund to reach you.
